Pasta Making Classes
Once you eat freshly made pasta it will be very difficult to ever eat packet pasta again.
Each Sunday 1pm at Mother Dough, we hold pasta and sauce making classes in small groups of four maximum. Every guest chef will have a hands on experience in making their own ball of pasta dough then working it through a domestic pasta making machine. You will make your own 350-400 gram portion of fettucine, spaghetti, pappardelle or gnocchi to take home to serve to and impress your friends and loved ones.
Your reward for your hard work is to sit down with our chefs and enjoy a plate of fresh pasta and glass of wine and chat about Italian food, wine and when you'll make your first batch of fresh pasta at home unassisted.
We also offer cooking classes to learn how to make a range of beautiful sauces to go with your fresh pasta ranging from a simple Napoli to Amatriciana to slightly more exotic ideas such as pasta broccoli, pasta fagiloi (borlotti beans), pasta pizzelli (peas) as well as cream based options. Menu ideas are limitless.
