Chefs selection of short pasta. Will vary across a range of short pasta such as rigatoni, fusili, farfelle etc. Pre-cooked to approx 80%, all you'll need to do is defrost for 2 hours, microwave for 1 minute then stir through your sauce or ragu allowing the pasta to absorb the flavour and liquid to get the perfect 'al dente' texture.
